TOMAS CARPIO

About me

Ceramics has been a powerful medium that has helped me develop a distinct language within my artistic and sculptural practice. Various beings have become the central focus of my work: playful, humanized creatures and imaginary animals born from the imagination and inspired by the mythical representations of ancient cultures. Dreamed, envisioned, and reinterpreted through a personal perspective, they form different herds, families, and stories that coexist within a shared universe.
